Background
Following the recent acquisition by Davos Resources of the Central Norseman gold mine the company has transformed into Norseman Gold PLC, a company listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market.
The project
A website that reflected the new organisation was required following the company’s transformation. One of the primary objectives of the new website was to ensure that it complied with new regulations set out by the London Stock Exhange for AIM-listed companies. The regulations stated under Rule 26 require specific investor relation information to be available and up to date. Tinderhouse provided an easy to use content management system that allows Norseman Gold to make updates to the site and remain compliant with Rule 26.
