The brief

Having established a ‘for sale by owner property’ website two years ago 4salebyowner.co.uk required an overhaul of it’s website. It needed to reflect the companies current position in the market place as an easy, sensible alternative to buying or selling a residential property online.

The solution

After examining the previous website’s architecture and branding it was decided that Tinderhouse should redevelop the brand and completely redesign the site. Emphasis has been placed on providing a clean, clear usable website. The use of colour coded sections helps to identify the users position and goal.

With the constantly changing pace of the internet we found we were losing customers to property websites with multi-million pound budgets.
